Dipanshu Rathore
Before joining ComMutiny - The Youth Collective, Dipanshu worked as a Program Officer at Accountability Initiative, Centre for Policy Reseacrh where he led PULSE for Development, an online community bringing together over 110 organizations and 230 practitioners to share knowledge and collaborate across sectors.
Dipanshu is deeply passionate about the rights of marginalized communities. At The Inclusivity Project, he managed and coordinated initiatives by the Asia Dalit Rights Forum, focusing on tackling discrimination based on work and descent in South Asia. His work here tied closely to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and UN Human Rights Commission efforts. He also served as a Funding and Grants Manager at The NewsBeak Foundation while advocating for Dalit Rights.
Before stepping into the development sector, Dipanshu practiced law at the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court for more than two years. He has over seven years of experience in the social development sector.
A graduate in Business Administration & Law (BBA LLB) and a Master’s in Human Rights, Dipanshu loves discussing the relationship of power, love, wellbeing with caste often over chai.
