Pradeep Kumar

Pradeep Kumar, the founder of Learning by Locals, has a deeply personal connection to his mission. Having faced challenges in accessing quality education himself, particularly in English proficiency, he embarked on a journey of self-improvement. After graduating from a government school, he sought assistance from the NGO Manzil, where he learned English and subsequently found employment in the tourism industry.

His determination and dedication led him to seize an opportunity to study in the United States through the Community College Initiative Program scholarship, sponsored by the U.S Department of State. Armed with newfound knowledge and experiences, Pradeep returned with a vision to empower others facing similar obstacles, thus giving rise to Learning by Locals, where he serves as co-founder and CEO.

With a master's degree in tourism under his belt, Pradeep has not only founded Learning by Locals but has also launched Delhi by Locals, a travel company. Through these ventures, he channels his expertise and firsthand experiences to bridge educational gaps and create opportunities for others, embodying the ethos of learning, empowerment, and community engagement.
