Nadim brings over 13 years of extensive experience across esteemed organisations such as the Dalit Human Rights Defenders Network, Centre for Social Equity and Inclusion (CSEI), Centre for Social Justice (Gujarat), and academic institutions like the National Law School of India University-Bangalore, Gujarat National Law University, and Nirma University. With a robust background in human rights monitoring, training, collectivization, and socio-legal research, Nadim has developed a comprehensive skill set in advocacy and program design.

Throughout his career, Nadim has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing constitutional awareness, active citizenship, and democracy. His expertise lies in utilising constitutional principles and laws to promote democratic values and social justice.
