Ariba Naim

About Me: 

Ariba Naim has a Postgraduate degree in Social Work from Jamia Millia University, and brings over five years of extensive professional experience to the table. During her tenure with the Sanjivini Society for Mental Health, she served as a counsellor for four years, offering invaluable support to individuals navigating a spectrum of emotional and mental health challenges. Beyond individual counselling sessions, Ariba actively engaged in awareness-building endeavours aimed at promoting societal acceptance of mental health services and dispelling stigmas associated with emotional well-being.

Transitioning to CoMmutiny's collectivization team a year ago, Ariba played a pivotal role in spearheading the formation and development of six robust state collectives, comprising a total of 72 youth organisations. Her contributions to capacity-building initiatives within these collectives have been instrumental in promoting collaboration and empowerment among diverse stakeholders. Furthermore, Ariba's involvement in human resources and administration underscores her versatility and leadership capabilities as she co-leads HR functions and supports the implementation of streamlined processes and enhancing organisational efficiency.
