Anand Chitravanshi

About Me:

Anand Chitravanshi, a young executive and dedicated women's rights activist, has immersed himself in the realm of girls' education since 2008. As one of the few male advocates for women's rights, Anand's commitment to fostering change is evident in his extensive efforts to introduce a rights-based, critical feminist pedagogy into government-run schools. Leveraging technology, he has successfully disseminated quality pedagogical practices and established community transformation centres to facilitate the enrollment of out-of-school children.
Anand's passion for social impact and educational reform earned him recognition as a recipient of the Schwab Foundation Scholarship. This prestigious accolade facilitated his participation in the executive program "Leadership for System Change: Delivering Social Impact at Scale" at Harvard Kennedy School. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Study Hall Educational Foundation (SHEF), Anand continues to drive forward initiatives that promote equitable access to education and empower marginalised communities.
